KSI, in conjunction with Washington Spaces, McWilliams Ballard, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Tiffany & Co., and Ferrari of Washington, hosted a thank you luncheon for the top 40 agents and brokers who helped sell more than 100 Midtown Reston Town Center condominiums. Midtown East is sold out with only a few Midtown West condominiums available to purchase.
The two 21-story buildings totaling 293 units create a “vertical planned community” with the conveniences of urban living and the services of a five-star hotel. Midtown Reston Town Center is under construction with move-in dates planned for next summer. An additional 78 units in Midtown Lofts recently went on the market.
For having the most sales at Midtown Reston, John Brand, realtor at Long & Foster Real Estate in Reston, received a gift pack from Ferrari of Washington that includes a day at the track riding in new Ferraris. KSI “stepped out of the norm to show their appreciation to the realtor community,” Brand says. Jamie Gorski, chief marketing officer at KSI, adds, “We look forward to a long relationship with brokers.”
Second place seller at the condominium community was Sangzoon Park with Pacific Realty in Annandale, who received a Tiffany & Co. Sierra bowl. In addition to a wonderful lunch at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Reston Town Center, guests received electronic gift cards from Tiffany & Co.
